Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1 of Resolution No. 73, effective February 20, 2008, which presently reads as follows:

The Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into agreement or agreements, contract or contracts, or to use and existing contract or contracts, for the relocation and renovation of the Firearms Training Section of the Pittsburgh Police, in an amount not to exceed fifty thousand ($50,000) dollars, chargeable to and payable from the following code account
