Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.

                  The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into a Second Supplemental Agreement with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, P.C., Joseph Quinn, Esquire for expert legal consulting services in connection with labor and employment negotiations and litigation, at a cost not to exceed $65,000.00 (Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents), chargeable to and payable from Organization 108000, Account 526100, Sub Class 150, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2011.
