Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, for accounting, auditing and consulting services related to reviews of City's processes and procedures regarding tax collection, internal controls, financial reporting, performance, grant, and fiscal auditing, and financial systems implementation.  Said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Department of Finance, Miscellaneous Services:
