Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor or the Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award  and to enter a Contract or Contracts or for the use of existing Contracts, providing services in support of land-use planning, multimodal transportation system planning and development, innovative and intelligent transportation systems technologies, bicycle/pedestrian planning, transit system and transit oriented development, urban design, public art, architecture and landscape architecture, at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
