Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Deutsch, Inc. in an amount not to exceed ten thousand nine hundred and ninety nine dollars ($10,999.00), in payment for the purchase of a new inflatable air screen for the Riverview Cinemas in the Park; without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from the ARAD Trust Fund, Account 525500, Fund 2803, Organization 500000, Subclass 600, Year 2011, in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
