Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission are hereby authorized to enter into a Grant Agreement with The Highmark Foundation for the receipt of grant monies in the amount of One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000.00) in connection with the 2011 Pittsburgh Partnership Summer Youth Program.

The Grant Agreement shall be approved to as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies shall be deposited into Account 500000, Fund 2940, Organization 109600, Sub-Class 600, Project/Grant PR10068, Budget Year 2011.

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission are hereby further authorized to enter into a Grant Agreement with The Highmark Foundation in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for any or all services and/or goods and to make all legitimate expenditures required under the terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement with The Highmark Foundation.
