BODY

WHEREAS, The American Eagle Outfitters Foundation is a non-profit organization organized under the Non-Profit Corporation Law of 1988 based in the South Side neighborhood of Pittsburgh at 77 Hot Metal St., Pittsburgh Pa. 15203; and

WHEREAS, The mission of the The American Eagle Outfitters Foundation is to raise money for charitable purposes to be donated to recognized charities; and

WHEREAS, To further its mission, the American Eagle Outfitters Foundation wishes to raise money through certain small games of chance, providing prizes and using funds raised for charitable purposes; now

TITLE

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby recognizes American Eagle Outfitters Foundation to be a civic and/or service organization within the context of the Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance Act, as amended.
