Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Sheraton Hotel Station Square in an amount not to exceed eleven thousand nine hundred dollars and thirty five cents ($11,900.35), in payment of the Citiparks Seniors Program Volunteer Recognition Gala; without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Fund 2850, Organization 530000, Subclass 600, Year 2011, in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
