Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Directors of the Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Works to enter into a Project and License Agreement with the Mount Washington Community Development Corporation to benefit Emerald View Park by providing capital improvements in the form of trail construction and development.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Directors of the Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a Project and License Agreement with the Mount Washington Community Development Corporation ("MWCDC") pursuant to which the MWCDC will provide trail assistance in the form of trail construction and development for Emerald View Park.  The form and substance of the Project and License Agreement shall be subject to the approval of the City Solicitor.
