Title

Resolution providing for an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh ("City") and the Borough of Wilkinsburg ("Borough") for providing fire protection services to the Borough by the City for a term commencing April 1, 2011, and ending December 31, 2015.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Borough of Wilkinsburg providing fire protection services to the Borough for a term commencing April 1, 2011, and ending December 31, 2015.  The Intergovernmental Agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall, in addition to the terms and conditions specified herein, contain other terms and conditions that may be in the best interest of the City.
