Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Blaine Lucas of Babst, Calland, Clements & Zomnir, PC, Two Gateway Center, 603 Stanwix Street, 7^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, for payment of services rendered in representation of the City of Pittsburgh in connection with various zoning and land use matters, chargeable to and payable from Organization 108000, Account 526100, Sub Class 150, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2011.
