Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter into an agreement or agreements with Dr. John Stepusin D/B/A Affordable Care Veterinary clinic for professional services in connection with providing sodium pentobarbital, syringes, and hypodermic needles for the euthanasia of domestic animals wildlife and providing for the cost thereof. Cost not to exceed $144,000.00, calculated at the rate of $36,000.00 per year.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with Dr. John Stepusin D/B/A Affordable Care Veterinary clinic for professional services in connection with providing sodium pentobarbital, syringes, and hypodermic needles for the euthanasia of domestic animals wildlife and providing for the cost thereof. Cost not to exceed $144,000.00 over four years, calculated at the rate of $36,000.00 per year, chargeable to and payable from Account 526100 525500, Fund 1000, Sub Class 150, Organization Code 280000, Bureau of Animal Care and Control, Budget Years 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget years from the following chart accounts:
