Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Bondholder Communications Group in an amount not to exceed twenty four thousand nine hundred and twenty six dollars and forty nine cents ($24,926.49), in payment for services rendered to the Department of Finance, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
