WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 29 of 2010, enacted by City Council on July 27, 2010, established the Capital Program Facilitation Committee; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Ordinance, the composition of the Committee provides for the Mayor and City Council to have input on the composition of the Committee; and
WHEREAS, in addition to Mayoral appointees, the Mayor must appoint three (3) Council nominees from a list of names submitted by City Council.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in accordance with Ordinance 29 of 2010, City Council hereby submits the following nominees to the Mayor for his consideration to the Capital Program Facilitation Committee:

District 4 Clayton Wukich
District 5 Brandon Trombatt
District 6 Michael Strelic
District 8 Sabina Deitrick, PhD
District 9 Celeste Taylor
