Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 2 of Resolution No. 589, effective August 10, 2010, which currently reads as follows:

“Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a TIGER II/Community Challenge Planning Grant Cooperation Agreement with Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, designating URA as the City's agent for administration of a $1,500,000 Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (“TIGER II”)/Community Challenge Planning Grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation or the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for Allegheny Riverfront Green Boulevard Planning, requiring compliance by URA with federal program requirements and providing for the disbursement of Program funds to URA.

is hereby amended to read as follows:

“Section 2.
