Title
Resolution providing authorization for the City of Pittsburgh and the Urban Redevelopment Authority to enter into an agreement for the City to provide administrative services associated with the health care plan to the Urban Redevelopment Authority.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1.
The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor: The City of Pittsburgh shall provide health care administrative services and related support services as agreed upon in the contract to be made between the City of Pittsburgh and The Urban Redevelopment Authority. The total amount receivable shall not exceed One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150) per participant annually over three years. Such amounts will be deposited into the following chart accounts:

Thereafter, for years 2012 and 2013, the Urban Redevelopment Authority will pay an amount equal to One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150) per participant each year. The total amount will be deposited into the following chart accounts:

The term of the Agreement shall be for three years beginning as of January 1, 2011 and expiring on December 31, 2013. The Agreement shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
Section 2.
The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to deposit the funds into the following accounts:
