Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:      

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C., P.O. Box 89, Columbia, SC 29202 in an amount not to exceed Five Thousand One Hundred Dollars and Fifty Cents ($5, 1000.50) for professional mediation services in connection with the John Doe v. City of Pittsburgh and the Cathy Thomas-Taylor v. City of Pittsburgh Bureau of Police labor litigation matters without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from Account 521500, Fund 1000, Organization 108000, Subclass 150, Budget Year 2011.
