Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:      

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Trans Associates Engineering Cons. Inc., in an amount not to exceed Four Thousand Seven Hundred Three Dollars and Eleven Cents ($4,703.11) for professional engineering consulting services in connection with the Carole Herman v. City of Pittsburgh litigation without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Fund 1000, Organization 108000, Subclass 150, Budget Year 2011.
