Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:            

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of $25,903.35 in favor of Deborah and David Wisnick, c/o Arthur J. Cutruzzula, Esquire, Cutruzzula & Nalducci, Grant Building, 330 Grant Street, Suite 3300, Pittsburgh, PA 15219-2203, and in the amount of $4,096.65 to the Treasurer of the City of Pittsburgh for indebtedness to the City, in full and final settlement of any and all claims filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at GD 06-029492, and charge the same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2011.
