Stewart, Esquire, Stewart, Murray & Associates, 437 Grant Street, Suite 600, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, in settlement of personal injuries and damages, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2011.
