Title

Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Seven Business Licensing, Article VII Service Businesses, Chapter 765 Commercial Hauling of Municipal Waste, Section 765.05 Collection Practices, Subsection (f), by deleting subsection (f) in its entirety.

Body

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. The Pittsburgh Code, Title Seven Business Licensing, Article VII Service Businesses, Chapter 765 Commercial Hauling of Municipal Waste, Section 765.05 Collection Practices, Subsection (f), is hereby amended by deleting subsection (f) as follows:

[ (f) Make collections in any residential district (R1, R1A, R2, R2T, R3, R3A, R4, R4H, R5, R5H, RP) only at such times as to not disturb residents during the late night and early morning hours, specifically no collections between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.]
