Resolution providing for the acceptance by the City of Pittsburgh from the Allegheny Land Trust of certain property residing in the Twentieth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh being Block and Lot 6-N-100, addressed as Wabash Street, to become an addition to and extension of Emerald View Park, formerly known as the Grandview Scenic Byway Park.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to accept a deed from the Allegheny Land Trust conveying certain property designated as Block and Lot 6-N-100, addressed as Wabash Street, to become an addition to and extension of Emerald View Park, formerly known as the Grandview Scenic Byway Park in fee simple and at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh. The City will accept the property subject to a conservation easement in the Allegheny Land Trust, and the Mt. Washington Community Development Corporation will provide stewardship as outlined in their Park Cooperation Agreement with the City of Pittsburgh.

All that certain lot or piece of ground situate in the Twentieth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County Pennsylvania as Block and Lot 6-N-100, having an acreage of 19.00.
Deed recording and Realty transfer tax to be paid by the City of Pittsburgh, Account No 526600, Fund 1000, Organization 107000, Subclass 150, Budget Year 2011.
