Whereas, the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh has requested authorization to execute a Contract for Disposition by Sale of Land by and between the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh and Centre Heldman Plaza, LLC, for the sale of Block 11-A, Lots, 123, 124, 125, 127, 129, 130, 131, 132, 132A, 132B, 133, 134, 135, 137, 138, 138A, 140, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149 (pt), 154, 156, 158, 160, 161, 162, 163, 165, 166, 166A, and 167, in the 3rd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, including vacated Rose Street, Clark Way, and Judge Street for $275,800.00 plus costs, said property being located in the 3rd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh; and


Whereas, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh believes that the proposed Contract is in the best interest of the City of Pittsburgh and the desires to give its approval in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Redevelopment Law.


Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
