Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Cynthia Southworth and Samuel J. Cordes and Associates, her attorneys, in full and final settlement of any and all claims filed with the City of Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations in the sum of $16,500.00 and charge the same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2011.
