Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $243.61 warrant in favor of Treasurer, City of Pittsburgh, for indebtedness to the City from the settlement of an action filed by William A. & Deborah K. Barker, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2011.
