Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $4,756.39 warrant in favor of William A. & Deobrah K. Barker, c/o Robert B. Woomer, Esquire of Woomer & Hall, LLP, 2945 Banksville Road, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15217 in settlement of claim for personal injuries, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2011.
