Title
Resolution providing for an agreement, or agreements, or use of existing agreements, for consulting, auditing, accounting, and or technical services for the City Controller's Office at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00). These funds are an allocation to the City Controller from the ICA for Cities of the Second Class, intended for said services.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Controller on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into a service agreement or agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the City Controller's Office. Said agreement or agreements shall not exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00), chargeable to and payable from City Controller's Financial Management and Information Trust Fund Account 600000, Fund 8722, Organization 106000, Sub 600, Budget Year 2010.
The City Controller shall encumber funds for budget year 2010 from the following chart of accounts:
