Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $65,000.00 $59,950.81 warrant in favor of Robert L. Patterson and Michelle A. Patterson c/o William P. Bresnahan, Esquire, Hollinshead, Mendelson, Bresnahan & Nixon, 2901 Grant Building, 330 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, in settlement of damages arising by reason of condemnation and de facto taking, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2011 and
