Resolution accepting the dedication by Pittsburgh Economic and Industrial Development Corporation of Parcel Nos. 1B and 11C (part of Technology Drive) in the Pittsburgh Technology Center Plan of Lots No. 2 in the 4th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh for public highway and utility purposes, accepting the grading, paving, street lighting, curbing, traffic signals, establishment of grades and fixing the width and position of roadways and sidewalks thereof. (Council District 6)

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Whereas, Pittsburgh Economic and Industrial Development Corporation, owner of certain property in the Pittsburgh Technology Center project in the 4th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, wishes to dedicate Parcel Nos. 1B and 11C in the Pittsburgh Technology Center Plan of Lots No. 2 to the City of Pittsburgh for public highway and utility purposes and the City of Pittsburgh wishes to accept the dedication as part of the systems of the City of Pittsburgh;

ALL THOSE CERTAIN lots or parcels of ground situate in the 4th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania designated as Parcel No. 1B and Parcel No. 11C in the Pittsburgh Technology Center Plan of Lots No. 2 recorded in the Allegheny County Department of Real Estate on September 1, 2010 in Plan Book Volume 269, page 102.
BEING designated as Block & Lot Nos. 29-A-312 (Parcel No. 1B) and 29-A-311 (Parcel No. 11C).
Section 2. The grading, paving, street lighting, curbing, traffic signals, establishment of grades and fixing the width and position of roadway and sidewalks listed in Section 1, as shown on Pittsburgh Technology Center Site Preparation Contract No. 11, Sheet Nos. 1 through 64, and Cross Sections Sheet Nos. 1 through 66, are hereby accepted and declared to be public improvements of the City of Pittsburgh.
