Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that all owners of the property fronting or abutting on the parcel referenced as "A" as set forth on the attached drawing (Exhibit A) in the 22nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a Resolution for the Acceptance of the Dedication of the Proposed Location of the above mentioned right-of-way, (future Chuck Noll Way).
That accepting the locations of proposed (right-of-way only), of property owned by the Stadium
Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, beginning at a point on the northerly right-of-way line of North Shore Drive 25 feet more or less left of New Street Survey and right-of-way centerline at Station 100+35 +/-, the coordinate of said point being N 104598.0329, E 96552.4069 (coordinate based on the City of Pittsburgh coordinate system) thence; by a line dividing Lots 6 and 7 of the North Shore Subdivision Plan, Plan Book Volume 243 Page 23, N13° 48' 18"W for a distance of 336.59 feet to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of West General Robinson Street; thence by a line along the southerly right- of-way line of West General Robinson Street N76° 41' 40"E for a distance of 62.24 feet to a point; thence by a line through lands now or formerly owned by the Stadium Authority of City of Pittsburgh S 13°48' 18"E for a distance of 336.25 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way line of North Shore Drive; thence by a line along the northerly right-of way line of North Shore Drive S76° 23' 06"W for a distance of 62.24 feet to the point of beginning.
