Be it resolved by the Council of the city of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Section 246.03(e) of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended as follows:

"246.03(e) INTEREST FOR [2010] 2011

The interest to be paid under Section 246.03(e) hereof for the year [2010] 2011 is six percent (6%) six and one quarter percent (6.25%).

Section 2.

      This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2011
