Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”), and/or the Director of the Department of Finance, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Piatt Companies for the purpose of reconstructing a portion of the City of Pittsburgh’s Three Rivers Heritage Trail for an esplanade redevelopment project, at no cost to the City.

WHEREAS, the project location is parcel 7-M-00110-0009; and
WHEREAS, the reconstruction and redevelopment of the esplanade aims to create a multidimensional riverfront hub and an inclusive riverfront community.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, the Director of the Department of Public Works (“DPW”), and/or the Director of the Department of Finance are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Piatt Companies for the purpose of reconstructing a portion of the City of Pittsburgh’s Three Rivers Heritage Trail for an esplanade redevelopment project, at no cost to the City.
Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements thereto shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
