Resolution amending Resolution No. 557, approved September 28, 2009, so as to appoint Margaret L. Lanier, City Treasurer, as second alternate voting delegate to the Tax Collection Committee of the Allegheny Central Tax Collection District.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution No. 557 approved September 28, 2009, is hereby amended so as to appoint Margaret L. Lanier, City Treasurer, as the second alternate voting delegate to represent the City of Pittsburgh on the Tax Collection Committee of the Allegheny Central Tax Collection District.  Said appointment shall take effect immediately and shall continue until such time as a successor shall be appointed.
