Title

Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of the Richard S. Caliguiri Amyloidosis Foundation in an amount not to exceed fourteen thousand dollars, in connection with the 2010 Great Race in the Department of Parks and Recreation, without previous authority of law; and providing for the payment thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Richard S. Caliguiri Amyloidosis Foundation in an amount not to exceed fourteen thousand dollars ($14,000.00), in connection with the 2010 Great Race contribution of $1 of the registration fee of each participant to be contributed to the Amyloidosis Fund; without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from Account 525500, Fund 7314, Organization 500000, Subclass 600, Year 2010, in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
