Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the United States Department of Agriculture for services relating to a cooperative wildlife damage management program for white-tailed deer for a sum not to exceed ONE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO DOLLARS AND EIGHTY-EIGHT CENTS ($103,132.88) over one year.

 

Funds shall be paid from the RAD-Public Works Trust Fund, JDE account 4000280300.53901.00.

 

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
