Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a professional services agreement/s and/or contract/s, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with Behrend and Ernsberger, located at 335 5^th Avenue, Pittsburgh PA, 15222 for independent legal services for Pittsburgh City Council, at a cost not to exceed Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:

$10,000, BY 2007: Fund 1000, SubClass 150, Account 511000, Org. 101200

$60,000, BY 2010: Fund 1000, SubClass 150, Account 511000, Org. 101200
