Resolution accepting the dedication of Bracey Drive from Wilner Drive to its terminus in the 13^th Ward, 9^th Council District.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  WHEREAS, The Third East Hills Limited Partnership, East Hills Limited Partnership and Allegheny Council to Improve our Neighborhoods-Housing, Inc. have dedicated said Bracey Drive as shown on the modification of the Sub-divison for Third East Hills, Plan of Lots No. 5865 for public highway purposes.

The Bracey Drive as described below are hereby accepted.

      That Bracey Drive from Wilner Drive to its terminus as laid out in the modification of sub-division for 3^rd East Hills, Plan of Lots No. 5865 recorded in Allegheny County, Plan of Book Volume 267, Page 32, November 20, 2009 as described-ALL THAT CERTAIN piece of ground located in the 13^th Ward, City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, are hereby accepted and declared to be public improvements of the City of Pittsburgh and opened as public highways of the City of Pittsburgh.
