Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution authorizing the completion of various sales that had been repealed in Resolution 702, Item C, effective October 7, 2010.  The reason for reinstating this sale is that the purchaser has advised us that he is prepared to close on the sale.
