Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements for the hiring of outside legal counsel and consultants to assist in the representation of the City of Pittsburgh in connection with the conduct of labor negotiations and various litigation matters at a cost not to exceed $150,000 (One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars) chargeable to and payable from Organization 108000, Account 526100, Sub Class150, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2010.
