Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with Cohen & Grigsby, P.C. for professional services to assist the City of Pittsburgh in connection with the conduct of 2009-2010 labor negotiations and various litigation matters at a cost not to exceed $38,685.42 (Thirty-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Five Dollars and Forty-Two Cents) chargeable to and payable from Organization 108000, Account 526100, Sub Class 150, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2010.
