Title
Resolution providing for a professional service agreement or agreements with Ceridian for the purpose of on-going payroll processing services, payroll tax filing services, application outsourcing services and related support services. Cost not to exceed $1,000,000.00 over two years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor: CERIDIAN shall maintain application outsourcing services and hosting services for the performance of payroll services as agreed upon in the contract made between the City of Pittsburgh and the CERIDIAN Corporation on June 24, 2002, at a cost not to exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) over two years, chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Fund 1000, Sub Class 150, Organization Code 999200, Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, Budget Years 2010, and 2011.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget years from the following chart accounts:
