Title
Resolution providing for a professional service agreement or agreements with Aon Consulting for the purpose of health and welfare benefits consulting and related support services. Cost not to exceed $980,000.00 over four years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor: Aon Consulting shall maintain health and welfare benefits consulting and related support services as agreed upon in the contract to be made between the City of Pittsburgh and Aon Consulting at a cost not to exceed Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($980,000.00) over four years, chargeable to and payable from Account 571100, Fund 1000, Sub Class 040, Organization Code 999300, Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, Budget Years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget years from the following chart accounts:
