Resolution amending Resolution No. 612, effective October 28, 2009, entitled: “Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with various community organizations for operational/administrative expenses, maintenance, purchase of equipment and/or rehabilitation of neighborhood facilities and the benefit of residents of the City of Pittsburgh; and further, authorizing various City Departments to enter into contract or contracts or use existing contract or contracts for street paving, the purchase of equipment and/or furniture and other related costs at a costs not to exceed $948,400.00” so as to reprogram funds from City Council from: “Breachmenders Ministries” (-$2,500); and from the “Center for C.A.R.E.S.” (-$1,000); and from the “Children's Home of Pittsburgh” (-$1,500); and from the “District 8 Equipment” (-$1,000); and from the “Family Links” (-$1,000); and from the “Family Resources” (-$500); and from the “Floreda Joslyn Taylor” (-$1,000); and from the “Homewood Meals on Wheels” (-$1,000); and from the “Kelly Strayhorn Theater” (-$1,000) (-$353.00) ; and from the “Lutheran Services Society” (-$1,000); and from the “Northside Common Ministries” (-$1,000); and from the “OPDC-Street Maintenance Graffiti” (-$1,136.36); and from the “Pittsburgh action Against Rape” (-$533.33); and from the “Pittsburgh Project” (-$1,000); and from “District 2 - Equipment” (-1,000); and transfer these funds to the “Center for Victims of Violence & Crime/Pittsburgh” (+$1,000); and to the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh” (+$1,000); and to the “Emmaus Community of Pittsburgh” (+$1,000); and to the “Jewish Association on Aging(Agewell Pgh. Nursing)” (+$1,000); and to the “Jewish Association on Aging (Rehab Outpatient Care)” (+$1,000); and to the “Just Harvest (Education Fund)” (+$1,000); and to the “District 8-Public Works” (+$9,169.69) ($8522.69); and to the “Crafton Heights Community Pre-School” (+1,000).
