Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Commission on Human Relations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter to an Agreement, in form approved by the City Solicitor, for legal services required by the Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations, at a cost not to exceed NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($9,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Code Account 1035 Miscellaneous Services, Commission on Human Relations; PEOPLE SOFT CODES:  Org. 105000; Fund 1000; Sub-Class 150; Account 526145; Budget Year 2010.

            This Agreement will be in effect through 2011.
