Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Pittsburgh Code, Title Six, Conduct, Article 1 Regulated Rights and Actions, is hereby supplemented by adding Chapter 618 entitled Marcellus Shale Natural Gas Drilling, as follows:
