Title: Resolution authorizing the Mayor or the Director of City Planning, to apply for and enter into a Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation to receive $280,000.00 in reimbursement funding. Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor or the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation to receive $280,000.00 in reimbursement funding. These funds will be used for all legitimate expenditures required under the terms and conditions of the Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation for the Strip District Transportation and Land Use Sustainability Model. The Reimbursement Agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies deposited into the Grants Trust Fund:
