Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 56, effective February 17, 2010, which presently reads as follows:

“The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and to enter into Contract or Contracts or to use existing Contracts, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, and to purchase materials, equipment and supplies in connection with the renovation of various play areas, at a cost not to exceed $100,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following account:
