Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Directors of the Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a Project and License Agreement with the MWCDC pursuant to which the MWCDC will install leased coin-operated Viewfinders along Grandview Avenue. Any funds retained by MWCDC for Viewfinder use (and not paid as rent to Tower Optical Company Inc. for the lease of the Viewfinders) will be used to benefit Emerald View Park. The form and substance of the Project and Agreement shall be subject to the approval of the City Solicitor.
