Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $3,400.00 warrant in favor of Remington S. Sinclair, 110 The Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15210, in settlement of a claim for property damage to a vehicle from branches from a City tree that fell on the vehicle while it was parked near 110 The Boulevard on May 8, 2010, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2009.
