Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of Finance are hereby authorized to enter into a temporary construction easement agreement, and/or any related agreements or amendments, with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (“URA”) for the purpose of allowing the URA and its contractors and subcontractors to access City-owned property at Nine Mile Run in Swisshelm Park during the URA’s slag heap remediation project, at no cost to the City. 

 

Section 2.                      The Agreement or Agreements, and Amendments thereto, shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
